About Carlos A. Migoya.
Carlos A. Migoya is the President and CEO of Jackson Health System. Since 2011, he has improved its financial stability and patient care quality. Previously, he spent over 40 years in banking and served as City Manager of Miami. Migoya also serves on various boards, including the Florida Chamber of Commerce.
